Vendor Registration for Holiday Markets
November 29 | Shop Small Saturday | 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. | downtown Baldwin City
Registration Deadline: November 19, 2025
We’re kickstarting the holiday season with a market focused on our valued small businesses. Vendors will be located in three places: Baldwin City Beer Company, Baldwin City Library, and the Masonic Lodge. Vendor locations will be chosen through a lottery system. We will make adjustments as necessary to ensure their is vendor variety at each location.
Cost: $25. Proceeds from vendor fees will cover the cost of the market. Profits will be split between the BJHS Cheerleaders and Baldwin Emergency Fund.
This is a non-refundable event.
Booth spaces are 10 foot square.
All vendors will be assigned a booth space with their paid registration.
Vendors should bring their own tables, chairs, canopies, and signs to fit inside their allotted space.
Vendors are responsible for reporting their own sales tax.
Registered Vendors will be notified of their location by November 26th.
December 13 | Holiday Hustle | 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. | Baldwin City Primary Center
Registration Deadline: December 7, 2025
Showcase your products at this final hustle for holiday shoppers! All vendors will be located in the Primary Center (500 Lawrence Street). This will be a grand (even posh!) shopping experience complete with snacks and beverages for purchase and a gift wrapping station.
Cost: $25. Proceeds from vendor fees will cover the cost of the market. Profits will be split between the BJHS Cheerleaders and Baldwin Emergency Fund.
This is a non-refundable event.
