If you enjoy variety, you will love Rosewood & Rosin. They are a family three-piece group with a passion for music. Their musical background is everything from Classic Rock/ Blues to Bluegrass/Gospel with an emphasis on Traditional and Modern Fiddling, including anything and everything in between. It is a guaranteed great time!
Live music is played on the stage in Sullivan Square. Bring a chair or blanket to sit and listen, or listen while you explore the market!

Live Milking Demonstration
6:30 p.m. | the alley between Grove and High Streets
Kari and Tempe are returning to the streets of downtown Baldwin City with their mobile dairy classroom! Kari is associated with Southwest Dairy Farmers and will provide an in person milking demonstration with a live cow. She will have facts and information about milk and be able to answer your milk questions. This was a big hit in 2024 and we highly recommend attending!

Homemade Ice Cream Competition and Tasting
Let’s celebrate National Dairy Month in the tastiest way possible - a homemade ice cream competition in Sullivan Square! Once ice cream has been judged, it will be available for purchase at $1 a serving or $4 for a sampler platter of up to 6 flavors.
Freezing begins: 5:30 p.m. | Judging: 7:30 p.m.
Prizes: 1st: $75; 2nd: $50; 3rd: $25
Registration is free & due by June 18th
