Viticulture Summit event to be held at Z&M Twisted Vines July 26th. The Kansas Viticulture and Farm Winery Association in collaboration with K-State Extension and Highland Community College. The first Kansas AVA will be announced so getting all the right people to this event is huge. Kaw Valley AVA (American Viticultural Area) this designates the Kaw Valley as essential with soil climate and everything geographically to put specialty crops specifically our grapes and fruits that make our wines in this area to be recognized.
