About Us:
Our mission here at Om Grown Yoga and Wellness collective is to raise the wellness vibe through our wellness studio, extended wellness treatment space and wellness bar (aka The Wellnest).  We are looking for a friendly and energetic Wellness Advocate to join our team.  This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interactions, creating and serving wellness beverages, and is passionate about health and wellness.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
Take and process orders and appointments efficiently using the POS system.
Answer questions about services, classes, menu items, ingredients, and health benefits.
Recommend products and services based on customer desires and preferences.

Juice & Beverage Preparation:
Prepare and serve fresh juices, smoothies, and wellness drinks according to recipes.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety in all prep areas.

Front Desk & Operations:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Check in customers to their appointments.
Manage inventory, restock supplies, and keep track of product levels.
Assist with opening and closing duties, including light cleaning and cash handling.

What We’re Looking For:
Outgoing, friendly, and customer-focused personality.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a juice bar, café, or retail is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.
Passion for health, wellness, and natural products.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Availability to work days, evenings and weekends (or some combination thereof)
