The public is invited on Friday, August 7, to the Smoke on the Bricks: Taste of Baldwin City! Grab a drink (and plenty of napkins) and enjoy a night filled with music, community, and the best BBQ around!

• 4:00PM-8:00PM: BBQ Bucks for sale downtown—look for the flag!
• 6:00PM-8:00PM: BBQ available for purchase (or until sold out)
• 6:00PM-7:30PM: ???
• 8:00PM-10:00PM: ???

How Taste of Baldwin City Works

• Purchase BBQ Bucks from BCRC
• Use your BBQ Bucks to purchase BBQ from vendors from 6:00PM-8:00PM OR until sold out
• You must use BBQ bucks to purchase food; vendors will not take cash
• Leftover BBQ Bucks from previous years? Use them in 2026!
