6:15 pm: Speaker - Daryl Callahan, D.O. Presenting: "Col. Sandy Lowe: Local Man, Civil War Leader, and Member of the Brotherhood of Veterans"
Col. Lowe was from the Willow Springs area and participated in important parts of the Civil War. The Brotherhood led to the formation of the GAR (Grand Army of the Republic), the Union Civil War Veterans organization.
