Chamber Board Statement
As a board, we take our duties of loyalty, care and obedience seriously. We are the fiduciaries of the Chamber’s resources and guardians of its mission. The past two years have seen an increase in Chamber membership growth including sizeable growth of the community leader level of investment giving and member and community event generation.
In addition to revenue generated by membership, and events, the Chamber also receives City and Douglas County financial support. At this time, the Chamber staff’s salaries are dependent on City support.
We ask our members and concerned citizens to read through the following documents and consider what you can do to assist the Chamber of Commerce at this time. Steps you can take are listed at the end of this post.
